The CF series cream fillers are designed to dispense medium-thickness to high-thickness products with small or medium filling volume,especially suitable for high viscosity products,such as cream,mascara,lip color,butter,etc., and can be widely used in cosmetic,food and other industries.
Operating Principle: The products are drawn into storage product cylinder,which will be transferred to the volumetric product cylinder.The discharge stroke of volumetric product cylinder draws a measured amount of product into container.The filling volume is set easily by adjusting the hand wheel.
The CF fillers are composed of storage product cylinder,volumetric product cylinder,pneumatic components and lifting frame.
Option Including ：
The pressure plate is required to make the product flow to achieve the aim of filling if the product to be filled has bad fluidity.
