Our Semi-automatic Cappers are designed to handle most bottle types including P.E.T, P.V.C.,plastic,and glass.Because both the chuck height and the torque can be adjusted,a single machine can be used to tighten a variety of bottle caps of different sizes.The cappers have a simple and subtle design and can be installed on conveyors and working tables easily.An operator is required to place caps on the bottles,push the footpad,and then the capper can secure the caps onto the bottles automatically.The machine can effectively reduce operator fatigue and keep the tightening torque consistent.
Options Include: Stainless steel worktables of varying sizes.We can custom make the tables according to your specifications
