This series of machines makes use of the principle of induction. An HF signal is amplified, then output through the induction coil. When a bottle cap with inner aluminum foil passes beneath the induction coil, instant heating will melt the material on the foil and make the aluminum foil surface adhere tightly to the bottle mouth, – achieving a hermetic seal.
We utilize transistor modularized design to ensure a high level efficiency and low probability of machine break down. We also take advantage of Saidone’s electrical technology to design the machines, which allows them to be used at more locations, even on the metal surfaces and to be easily transported.
Our FL series is especially designed for the sealing requirements of the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, pesticide, oil and chemical industries with an added anti-piracy benefit. These machines can be used to seal different kinds of compound aluminum foil, such as PE, PET, PP and glass, etc.
