This series features a fully automatic rotary continuous negative-pressure filling machine that achieves precise filling volume by maintaining a constant liquid level. It is suitable for a wide range of aqueous solutions, highly foamy products, and liquids with good flowability, and can be widely used in various industries including food, seasonings, cosmetics, chemical products, and alcoholic beverages.
The machine operates on the principle of using a high-efficiency fan to generate a sustained and highly effective vacuum, which creates a pressure differential that forces the product into the container. The filling nozzle features a double-layer sleeve design; the horizontal position of the outer tube’s opening serves as the target filling level. Any product exceeding this target level will be drawn back into a vacuum recovery tank and then routed through a gas-liquid separation device before being returned to the feed collection tank. Once in the collection tank, the product will automatically re-enter the filling circulation system. As a result, regardless of any volumetric deviations in the containers being filled, the machine ensures consistently uniform liquid levels throughout the entire filling process. Therefore, this series of filling equipment is ideally suited for containers made of glass or other materials with a certain degree of rigidity.
The product features a simple, compact design, utilizes all-stainless steel food-grade piping, and incorporates meticulously polished components, all of which provide excellent corrosion resistance. Moreover, the GMP-design philosophy greatly facilitates cleaning and product changeovers for this equipment.
