The tabletop capping machine is suitable for capping various types of packaging bottles, including PET, PVC, glass bottles, and more. Thanks to its adjustable capping head height and torque settings, the same machine can meet the capping requirements of several different bottle specifications within a certain range. The machine features a compact and streamlined design, making it easy to install on various conveyor belts or work platforms—making it an ideal choice for both assembly-line configurations and standalone production setups. To operate, the user simply places the cap onto the bottle and steps on the foot pedal; the capping machine then automatically tightens the cap, effectively reducing labor intensity and ensuring consistent tightening quality.
Optional accessories include stainless steel worktables in various sizes. The dimensions of the machine components can be customized according to customer requirements.
