8. The labels are applied in a single step through multiple processes, including leveling with a scraper blade and pressing down with a non-powered sponge roller, thereby preventing bubble formation. This method is particularly well-suited for applying transparent labels to frosted bottles.
9. The label head adopts a dual-pressure-roller design, ensuring tight label adhesion while preventing label breakage caused by die-cutting damage to the backing paper. A segmented clutch ensures more uniform tension.
