Three types of filling—gross weight/net weight modes, along with automatic and manual switching functions—make operation and maintenance convenient.
4. Weighing Accuracy – Utilizing a high-performance weighing module, PLC, and weighing sensor to ensure precise control of filling accuracy.
Multi-stage filling—can be divided into two-stage (fast/slow) filling, significantly improving filling accuracy.
6. Flow restriction device—effectively prevents splashing caused by high initial pumping pressure when filling low-viscosity products.
7. Drip Prevention—The high-viscosity nozzle addresses dripping issues during the filling of high-viscosity products, while the low-viscosity model features a vacuum-back-suction drip-prevention device.
8-impact barrel protection—prevents damage caused by misalignment of the barrel mouth when the filling nozzle descends.
9 Filling Modes – The filling mode design allows for filling both over the bucket opening and inside the bucket mouth.
