This machine is designed for the sorting of randomly arranged PET bottles. The disorganized and scattered bottles are fed into the bottle-sorting machine via an elevator and then placed within the bottle-retention ring. Driven by the thrust of a rotating turntable, the bottles automatically align themselves inside their designated compartments. With the aid of a bottle-flipping device and airflow, the bottles are neatly arranged with their openings facing upward and standing upright. Finally, they are conveyed through an air-assisted bottle-handling system to the next processing stage. The machine’s body is made of high-quality stainless steel, while other components are constructed from non-toxic, durable materials. The electrical and pneumatic systems incorporate selected imported parts. The entire operation process is controlled by PLC programming, ensuring low failure rates and high reliability.
