Our low- and high-load handheld pneumatic capping machines are portable and easy to carry, making them ideal for tightening or loosening various types of bottle caps. Their adjustable clutch effectively prevents damage to bottle caps and reduces wear on internal seals. Once the cap is securely tightened, the chuck automatically stops rotating, signaling that you’re ready to move on to the next cap. If you also purchase a balancer and a stand, you can conveniently and neatly hang the capping machine in place. This series of machines significantly reduces labor intensity while ensuring consistent capping quality.
The complete unit includes: the main unit, an aluminum screw cap adapter, and a cushioned inner plug.
Optional accessories include: balancers and stands. For bottle caps with special shapes—such as those used for cold-pressed essences or sprays—we can also custom-make cap holders and inner seals specifically for you.
