Our spindle-type capping machine is suitable for bottle caps of various specifications ranging from 10 mm to 100 mm, overcoming the drawback of traditional capping machines that require a specific capping head for each type of cap. This model is extremely easy to operate and adjust, with a maximum production speed of up to 200 bottles per minute. It can be used both as a standalone unit or as an ideal choice for integrated production lines.
When using the semi-automatic SSP-type machine, the operator only needs to place the bottle cap onto the bottle mouth; as the bottle moves forward, the three sets of rotating wheels automatically tighten the cap.
You can also add a drop-cap system, allowing the SSP to be conveniently upgraded to a fully automatic capping machine—the ASP. We offer drop-cap systems of various types, including lift-type, inclined-disc type, and oscillating-type, which can be selected and configured according to your specific needs.
Features include:
● The “one friction wheel per motor” design ensures that the device remains stable and reliable, with consistent torque even under prolonged, heavy-duty operating conditions—and it’s easy to adjust.
● The bottle-clamping belt can be adjusted independently to accommodate bottles of different heights and shapes for cap-tightening.
● If equipped with a cap-guiding device, this equipment is also suitable for screw-capping lids with pump heads.
● The adjustment mechanism is equipped with a scale or counter, making the adjustment “visible.”
● Optional torque limiter, which can effectively ensure the consistency of product torque.
● Optional lifting motor available to enable automatic raising and lowering of the capping main unit.
