    Machine Model: SDcapper-II Series

Our company’s small four-wheel capping machine is a compact and highly efficient capping device. Bottles fitted with caps or pump heads are fed into the machine from one side, where they are gripped by a bottle-clamping belt and carried forward. As the bottles reach the center of the small four-wheel assembly, the bottle-clamping belt stops momentarily. At the same time, two sets of cap-engaging rollers on either side of the conveyor belt converge inward, making contact with the caps or pump heads. Relying on friction, these rollers tightly screw the caps onto the bottles. The bottle-clamping belt then swiftly conveys the capped bottles out of the capping area, ensuring highly efficient production.

    Advantageous features:

    • Belt adjustment is servo-controlled, significantly reducing changeover adjustment time and lowering operational complexity.

    • Equipped with safety features such as emergency stop, alarm lights, and servo limit protection.

    • It enables damage-free screw cap tightening with controllable torque.

    • Equipped with an adjustable mechanism that can be freely adjusted according to the product’s shape, offering high versatility.

    • For products with pump heads, consistency in the direction of the pump heads can be achieved.

    Optional configuration:

    • Smart “one-click switching” feature.

The SDcapper-II-M series small four-wheel capping machine, equipped with a “one-click switching” function, features high-precision servo systems controlling both the bottle-infeed mechanism and the capping motor. This significantly reduces the need for manual adjustments during model changes, replacing time-consuming and labor-intensive manual adjustments with servo-driven mechanisms. When switching production lines, operators simply select the corresponding product menu from the screen, and the equipment automatically resets itself to the initial state required for producing the new product, enabling intelligent and efficient “one-click switching.”
