Small Four-wheel Capping Machine

Our Small Four-wheel Capping Machines are compact and high efficient. Put the caps or pumps onto the bottle mouths. The bottles enter from a side of the machine, are clamped by the belts and move forwards. They stopped at the center of the four-wheels mechanism, meanwhile the capping wheels of both side get closer, and screw down the caps or pumps with friction. Then the bottles clamped by belts are sent out quickly from the capping area. The simple and clear actions of the machine may help to achieve high efficient production.

The ordinary model can be raised to SDcapper-II-M which has the function of ‘One Button Shift’. The bottle-in mechanism and capping motors are controlled by high precise servo system, which reduces a lot of manual adjusting works of bottle changes and replaces them with adjustment controlled by servo system. You only need to call up the menu of the product going to be capped, the machine then adjust itself to the initial production status for the new product automatically.
