The VAC series is a purely pneumatic device that requires no electricity. This series of machines is easy to operate—operators simply need to clamp the bottles under the filling heads or control them using a foot pedal. The filling volume can be adjusted conveniently, ensuring consistent liquid levels. It’s ideal for filling small-dose aqueous products such as perfumes and floral waters, making it a perfect choice for either integrated production lines or standalone use.
Our company’s vacuum filling machine uses continuous vacuum suction to draw the product into the container. Once the product reaches the desired liquid level, any excess product will be automatically drained back into the feed hopper via an automatic drainage system. The filling volume is determined by the depth to which the filling nozzle is inserted into the container; therefore, regardless of whether the bottle volumes are consistent or not, the filling level will remain the same.
