Our company’s semi-automatic piston-type filling machine (purely pneumatic) is suitable for products of various viscosities, ranging from aqueous solutions to creams and pastes, and is applicable to a wide range of industries including daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and pesticides.
The semi-automatic piston-type filling machine (purely pneumatic) is a new-generation product developed on the basis of the original electric-pneumatic combined model. It replaces the electrical control circuit with pneumatic components, making it particularly suitable for use in environments with explosion-proof requirements or in humid conditions. All components in our SVFA series that come into contact with the material are made from imported 316L stainless steel and are machined using CNC machines; the surface roughness of these components is all below 0.8. The fully pneumatic filling machines are available in two series: the premium (T-type) and the standard (P-type). The premium series uses pneumatic components from Germany’s FESTO, while the standard series features pneumatic components sourced from Taiwan or South Korea, offering excellent value for money.

● This device is controlled and driven by compressed air, making it particularly suitable for use in environments with explosion-proof requirements and in humid conditions, and it offers a high level of safety.
● Thanks to pneumatic control and mechanical positioning, the filling accuracy is high, with an accuracy that can be controlled within ±5‰.
● It employs a lead screw and a counter to ensure precise adjustment of the filling volume, which can also be visually displayed in digital form.
● In the event of an emergency stop, simply press the emergency stop switch, and the piston will automatically retract to its initial position, halting the filling process.
● Based on actual needs, you can freely switch between “manual” and “automatic” filling modes.
● Low equipment failure rate.
