Our semi-automatic paste filling machine is suitable for filling medium- and small-dose products with medium-to-high viscosity, and is particularly well-suited for filling high-viscosity products such as creams, butters, mascaras, and lip glosses. It is widely used in industries including daily chemicals and food processing.
The primary principle of this model is to draw material from the storage hopper and convey it to the metering hopper, where the material is then precisely filled according to a predetermined volume. The filling volume can be adjusted easily via a handwheel, making operation simple and convenient.
The entire machine consists of a material storage unit, a quantitative feeding cylinder, pneumatic components, and a liftable frame.
Optional accessories:
If the material lacks fluidity, a pressure plate can be used to force flow and achieve continuous filling.
