The fully automatic vacuum filling machine (AVAC) developed and designed by Shanghai Saidong Technology Co., Ltd. is based on the semi-automatic vacuum filling machine (VAC). It is suitable for a variety of aqueous solutions, highly foamy products, or products with good fluidity.
This machine features a compact and well-designed structure with a sleek, minimalist appearance. It is controlled by a PLC and uses continuous vacuum suction to draw products into the container. Once the product reaches the outer tube of the filling nozzle, any excess material is automatically returned to the return tank. The filling level is determined by the depth to which the filling nozzle is inserted into the container; thus, regardless of whether the containers being filled are identical or not, the filling level remains consistent. The return tank is made of medical-grade materials, allowing the product inside to be reused.
The AVAC series is easy to maintain and requires no special tools, truly offering convenient adjustment, no filling without bottles, and accurate filling volumes.
The number of filling heads and the length of the conveyor belt can be customized according to customer requirements.
