Our company’s fully automatic overflow-type filling machine uses a liquid supply pump to feed the product and employs the principles of overflow and vacuum suction for precise level-controlled filling. It also features anti-drip functionality and a “bubble-suction” function specifically designed for filling highly foamy products. The easy-to-set filling level is determined by the depth at which the filling nozzle’s overflow port is inserted into the container neck, ensuring that the liquid level in the container remains consistently at the same height.
The AOF series is suitable for filling a wide range of low-viscosity, high-foaming products and is an ideal filling equipment for the seasoning, beverage, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries.
