The AVF series piston-type filling machines are suitable for filling aqueous solutions and cream products with varying viscosities, and are widely used in industries such as daily chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, and oils and fats.
This series of models features a compact and well-designed structure with a simple and elegant appearance. It utilizes pneumatic components from the German brand FESTO or the Taiwanese brand AIRTAC, as well as electrical control components from Japan’s Mitsubishi. All parts that come into contact with the materials are made of imported 316L stainless steel and are finished using CNC machining equipment. Highly controlled-quality components ensure the device’s superior quality and consistently stable performance. The AVF series models feature clamp-style connections, enabling quick disassembly and assembly, easy cleaning, and convenient maintenance—all without the need for any special tools. They truly offer effortless adjustment, ensure no bottles are filled when none are present, and guarantee accurate filling volumes. Additionally, they come equipped with a counting function.
The entire machine can be configured with six to twelve filling heads, and the number of filling heads can also be increased or decreased according to customer requirements.
